TEN YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
Manufacturer hereby warrants that Border Patrol 3 D Property Protectors conform to their description and specifications and are free from defects in material and workmanship, for a period of ten (10) years from the date of purchase when used within the service, range and purpose for which intended as made known to Manufacturer at the time of sale. Manufacturer warrants that the Border Patrol 3-D Property Protectors will not fade significantly or become brittle for the same 10 year period.
This warranty shall not apply for to damage or defect occurring as a result of accident, misuse, abuse, gunshot, neglect or alteration by anyone other than Manufacturer. Manufacturer’s obligation with respect hereto shall be limited to replacement of the signs found by the Manufacturer to be defective in material or workmanship within ten (10) years of the date of purchase. In no event shall manufacturer be liable for consequential or special damages or other expenses, which may arise in connection with the purchase, installation, repair or replacement of the decals. Warranty evaluations to be shipped pre-paid to Border Patrol, 9530 Fallon Ave NE, Monticello, MN 55362. After the warranty evaluation, if it is determined that the Border Patrol 3-D Property Protector is to be covered under warranty, it will be repaired or replaced and shipped back at Manufacturers expense.
